My name is Mary, and I am honored to guide you on your healing journey. Together, we will explore and facilitate your path to wellness through empowerment, creating a sacred space for personal growth and transformation.

I have been reawakened to energy and the Divine since my early 20s, when my journey of remembering began. As a Reiki Practitioner since 2001, I have studied extensively with renowned institutions, including the Colorado Center for Healing Touch and the International Center for Reiki Training, where I became attuned as a Reiki Drumming Practitioner. My studies also include work with AJ Vargas Enterprises and the Infinite Light Healing Studies Center.

I am a carrier of a mesa, a beautiful earthy bundle containing various power objects and stones used for moving energy in service of healing. In the West, this is often referred to as a "medicine bundle." I am a graduate of the Four Winds Society’s Healing the Light Body School, founded by Alberto Villoldo, where I specialized in Luminous Healing and Shamanic Energy Medicine. I have also been initiated as a shaman in the Q’ero tradition of the Peruvian Andes, whose people are the ancestors of the ancient Incas.

In addition to Reiki, I am a certified Holistic Stress Management Instructor through the Paramount Wellness Institute in Boulder, Colorado, under Brian Luke Seaward. I am also a Medical Reiki Practitioner certified by Raven Keyes Medical Reiki International and an Ordained Minister through the Universal Life Church Ministries.

With over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Holistic Health and have dedicated my career to the well-being of children and adults as a healthcare provider. As a certified pediatric nurse, I work closely with youth in the mental health community, helping them navigate their unique challenges.

I am proud to be a vetted Reiki service provider through Unite for Her, a non-profit organization supporting patients with breast and ovarian cancer.
